Avery's bio:

Avery Kalapa (they, them) is a yoga teacher, community weaver, queer and trans wellness advocate, CIYT, eRYT500, YACEP, BFA, with over 25 years experience. Avery's approach is rooted in inner healing for collective liberation.

Avery offers a vast knowledge of intergrative functional anatomy, nervous system regulation, illuminative spirituality that empowers their students to experience tangible, inspiring transformation in body, mind, and consciousness.

They bring a special passion and loving skill to helping beloved community deeply rest, release, and relax. Celebrated for their enthusiasm, accessibility, and depth of technique, Avery's teaching reflects deep gratitude for the Iyengar Lineage.
