The Crooked Way Straight

In retrospect, it’s always all so very clear - how one thing led to another, the direct path from there to here.
But in the midst of it all, rarely does life seem clear or direct. Too often, it feels like an unpredictable zig-zag, being jerked this way and that away from any sense of centeredness.
But maybe it’s all in the story - our narrative. Are we telling the story of an impossible-to-follow mess of detours and frustrations, or are we telling a thrilling tale of adventure, love and triumph?
Either way, the path brought us here. Right here.
And we get to choose to say whether we’re still reeling from everything that came before, or whether we’re poised for the next intentional leap forward.
