What are Spirit Circles?

Whether you look to Buddha and his small group of disciples 2,500 years ago, to the pioneers of the New Thought Movement over a century ago, or to modern peer-support organizations such as Alcoholics Anonymous, small groups have proven themselves to be a powerful way to engage people in deep, lasting spiritual growth and development.  Develop relationships that deepen your spiritual practice through real connections with others that lead to care of each other and the larger community.

03-31-24 5th Sunday Day of Rest.jpg

There is no gathering Sunday March 31st.  We have Sunday gatherings the first 4 Sundays of each month at 4 pm on campus.   We take off the 5th Sunday of the month that happens once a quarter which lands on March 31st this quarter.

"Treating each other and ourselves with care isn’t a luxury, but an absolute necessity if we’re going to thrive. Resting isn’t an afterthought, but a basic part of being human.” ― Tricia Hersey

04-07-2024 Gong Bath.jpg

Welcome back Rev. Amani from her sabbatical! Rev. Amani will be joining Kristen Loree who will take us through a sacred journey that will uncover your inner wisdom through a weaving of peaceful sounds.  This is an invitation to regain your inner sense of connectedness.  Enter a magical Sound Batch and discover a sense of feeling harmony within and without.  A Spiritual bath is a way to balance the inner self with the outer world.   Come away feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from the inside out.  For your comfort, bring (yoga) mats, pillows, and blankets, although not required. Wear comfortable clothing. Find us at our shared space at 3701 Carlisle Blvd. NE, Sunday,  April 7th at 4 pm. This is a great time to bring friends and family, especially if you have not tried a Sound bath before.
